We recommend starting with the 10-week Home Workout if you're new to resistance training. If you have some previous experience then the 12 Week Strong is perfect (it comes with a home and gym version). If you are intermediate to advanced with gym access we highly recommend the Strong V2. Take them one at a time. The 20 live workouts plan is a collection of our best rated live workouts from 2020. They are easy to follow, mega fun and perfect for quick results.
